I spoke with a Kristin who said she would move us to another room if we wanted. I waited another 10 minutes then I called the front desk. I was told it was turned over to a Supervisor and that they had other rooms to clean but should get to us as soon as they could. I waited 20 minutes and still no one showed up. I immediately called Housekeeping and was told this would be reported to a Supervisor and somebody would re clean our room. Pictures are included of our findings: used soap left on the vanity and shower soap dish, opened lotion and shampoo containers on the vanity and shower floor, dirty glass and strange wrapper on the nightstand, empty water bottle in the trash can and the hair dryer was left on the vanity with the cord hanging down to the floor. So many things that were left unattended that it made me uncomfortable to stay in that room. I used the bathroom when we first entered and then started to notice the mishaps. At first, everything looked okay when we entered the room. We were given our keys and went to our room on the 18th floor. I waited for 30 minutes or less to check into our Pyramid King room.
